The gymnastics
i like your group exercise classes. i take Jeff's yoga on Tuesdays, Judy's pilates on Thursdays and Bridget's/Jen's/Ann's kettle bell on Thursdays/Saturdays. All three classes are challenging and can be modified as needed. all five instructors are friendly, on time, prepared and enthusiastic!
Silver sneakers with Donna!
Spinning with Britta!
The programs are planned to meet every one’s needs and I appreciate that.
I use the fitness center and stretching room many times each week.Although the stretching room is a bit crowded on occasion, we make it work. They are both very good facilities.
Love pool access and the And aquatics arthritis class love the extractors, and all the advice that they give throughout your lesson
Love my silver sneakers classes - Only problem they are too crowded. Need to remove chairs so there are only enough in the room for the class.

Master swimming
The indoor water park was super cool. I already recommended it to family who live closest to this local YMCA location.
Caring environment.
I like most are your wide array of group exercise classes, wonderful pools, swimming teams, and kindest staff.
Instructors are great. Pool is a bit crowded
The staff is professional, kind, and always helpful.
There is a variety for all ages
We love gymnastics! My daughter is learning so much, and looks forward to it every week.
I like that the classes have designated locations which general attendees are not supposed to be in. I like with the Preschool age class there is a second teacher to assist the class. I like that with the grade school 6 year olds class in level 3, they experience and learn in slightly deeper water. Which helps prevent them from touching and "cheating". Previously at Clippard which does a good job as well but did NOT have a separate area and often lessons were interrupted by other kids playing in the same space or jumping on top of kids learning to swim.
My daughter enjoys the swim lessons! The teachers are all friendly and fun! It would be great if they could spread out a bit more. It seems like they are crowding each other, but my daughter hasn't complained about it.
I like all water programs especially the Arthritis and Renee's Water Aerobics
