I don't think you advertised this swim meet on the website. I looked at the pool hours for Saturday. I might have misread them or misinterpreted, but I didn't see that the outdoor pool was occupied with a swim meet. Fortunately, it was ending as I arrived to swim.

I just joined and have not been able to attend the programs but will start soon.

I take the Saturday kettlebell class. Both Jen and Ann are friendly and enthusiastic instructors, always on timecand prepared with one of several routines. Modifications are offered if needed.

I am in my mid-sixties and I like that this is an excellent aerobic workout with no impact (good for my health without hurting my joints).

The weight room is very user friendly and there are lots of older people like myself. I don't feel out of place there.

I stay at home with my child, so I like the indoor pool & workout classes that start at 9:30

The staff and instructors are very helpful and friendly. The fitness programs are designed to indivisiual needs. There are activities for member of all ages. You get to meet new people and do new things.
