i attend the saturday kettle bell class. Ann and Jen are always on time, friendly and prepared for a good workout! really enjoy the cardio aspect - very hard to find.

The outdoor swimming pool is very clean and enjoyable for my family, which includes my grand children.

Started with Silver Sneakers class at 8:30 am Friday with Donna. Just loved it!

Donna was very helpful and pleasant, explained the process. Members were most helpful. Routine was the right pace; and i liked the variety of movements.

I attend Zumba classes at 6:30pm. The instructors are excellent, however it would be nice to have at least one more instructor to provide variety without having to visit another YMCA. I always enjoy Tatiana B when she substitutes for the regular classes. It would be WONDERFUL if she could be at Powell regularly.

I also enjoy the line dancing class that is taught by Robert W. This class started right when Line Dancing has become popular again.

Once I came to workout during a Saturday morning when there was a swim meet. The staff reserved a section of the parking lot for Members not attending the meet. I thought that worked REALLY well but I've never seen it happen again so now when there is a swim meet I attend another YMCA.

KEEP THE EVENING CLASSES. Some of us work and can't attend classes mid-day or early in the morning.

I love the group classes, I wish there were more space for water aerobics and barre and not during sunday church time (barre)

I love the wave pool! I wish kids were not in it but love the health benifits.

The Y creates a family feeling that’s irreplaceable. Not everyone does that. When I’m there, I look around and see a very diverse family. Most people are friendly which makes me want to return time after time.

I love both inside and the outside pool as well as the 0entry baby pool for my young grandson. He also loves the inside pool.

I like my instructors and the programs that I am enrolled in is designed for seniors. My instructor don't push us to hard, let us participate at our own speed and action level.

However the registration process is deplorable. It needs a serious upgrade. Registration for the next class should be before the class begin or after the class. Our instructor have to wait to start her current class until we are all registered for the next class. Sometimes that is very difficult when everyone throughout the city is trying to register at the same time.

I like the Silver Sneakers programs.
