The weight room is very user friendly and there are lots of older people like myself. I don't feel out of place there.

The staff and instructors are very helpful and friendly. The fitness programs are designed to indivisiual needs. There are activities for member of all ages. You get to meet new people and do new things.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

There are varied class offerings, social interaction opportunities and the staff and volunteers are always welcoming and helpful. The facilities are well maintained and clean. The overall atmosphere is friendly and inclusive for all members and visitors.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

First visit for a new member. I like to use the gym to work out my boys for basketball. I didn’t realize only half of the gym was available for basketball due to gymnastics equipment. We were able to make it work but was a little congested.
