I like the group exercise classes. I would like to see more options at different times so I can try more classes. The water aerobics has been great.

There when I need them. No hassle scan in work out. I get the sense of employee ownership there. Everyone seems comfortable and at ease within the staff and that makes a difference to my comfort level when I am there

I am a new Silver Sneakers member. Spent 20 years at Mercy Health Plex so that is my basis for comparison. Was very happy there as well. I’m grateful you offer the SS program! Have been there 2x. Very friendly folk and meets all my needs. I look forward to taking advantage of all you offer. Thank you!

What do you like about our programs and activities?

My husband and I go daily to the Y in Anderson to walk on the treadmill. We appreciate the friendly welcoming staff that always greets us. Although we don't participate in any of the classes or programs, the daily 20 minute walk plus using the wweight and excercise machines are an important part of our health regime as seniors.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Love the water exercises, easy on my joints and I’ve made a lot of great friends that care about me.
I also am thankful I went thru the Live Strong program a few years ago. It encouraged me post cancer to treat myself right and get the needed exercise to get my body back to a healthy lifestyle. I also made a few friends there that knew what I was going thru and were a great support system.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

The people are awesome - very friendly, caring, and fun. Instructors are well trained, dependable, and engaging. The atmosphere is energetic! Most equipment seems to be cared for - bikes/machines work well. Offers a variety of exercise accessories, but could use new yoga mats. Love the different youth programs and attendance. Love the inclusion of special needs people.

I think there could be improvement in the group class scheduling so I could take more back to back classes. And offer more evening classes and different type of group exercise classes.

I think there could be improvement in the housekeeping.....I would not call it dirty, but I certainly would not call it clean either.
