What do you like about our programs and activities?

I love the pool area and the equipment that is available to new people who are just learning the ropes of the Y. The people there are very helpful and kind. I'm looking forward to continuing coming to Open Swim and then joining a morning swim class for balance and strength. Thank you for all the encouragement you have been to me. I need it. I like the water class with Sue Brown. The new couches are nice in the lobby. Mike is very friendly when you check in. I like to see his smiling face.

My daughter loves the adapted program. Everyone is wonderful and the price is very affordable, even though we cannot afford a membership. I am glad you open programs like these to nonmembers. Thank you so much for providing us with this program

Anne was awesome! She was so great with my daughter who was not very thrilled to be doing swimming and she helped her gain confidence and improved drastically.

We like to use the equipment. As an aside....would you consider getting another NuStep machine...the 2 you have are being used a lot. I thought we had 3 this past spring.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I am a member in Batavia. I have relatives in the area, so sometimes your location could be more convenient. I toured the facility...the employees were very friendly and helpful, the facility was very clean and seemed well maintained. I have not participated in your programs, but was given a schedule and the available options.
