I like that the Silver Sneakers is designed for seniors. I like the comradeship among the class members. I like the instructors.

I live the silver sneakers, yoga, and pilates classes. The virtual options were a great option during the long pandemic winter.

Staff is great. Lifeguards are good at maintaining order without being pushy.

Exercise equipment easy for a non jock to use.

I wish the pool were open more hours.

Was an instructor prior to the pandemic and went into several of the local Y's. Hands down Gamble-Nippert members are the most welcoming group. Everyone is warm and friendly. Recently was able to come back as a member and several fellow members approached me to say how happy they were to see me back taking group fitness classes with them.
