What do you like about our programs and activities?

I love the different programs, exercise, and different events that’s put on. There are a lot of different activities and programs that a member can be part of. I love the fact that people are coming to keep their spiritual, mental, physical and emotional well-being in tact.

I’m excited about being part of the Y.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Teachers are great. They are friendly. They motivate. They instruct well. Very effective workouts. The Y staff are friendly and helpful. The Y offers a variety of activities. The encourage camaraderie amongst members and staff. There are fun activities that are offered. There are opportunities to win prizes.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Facility is well kept and clean. The gym is well kept and the yoga classes are a great deal.

Nick is a fabulous instructor and helped the kids achieve their very best. Always calm but firm. My child was very proud of their progress and doing well in the next stage of lessons.
