Love the instructors and class content. Your facility is very old and the basement class room is not very appealing with water spots on ceiling and peeling paint on outside wall.
I enjoy the Silver Sneakers class. I like the music the instructor plays. It helps to relax my body so that I can complete the exercises.

Great YMCA branch. wonderful staff, clean facility, great pools & so much more. i recommend this location with my whole heart, it is fantastic.
Tomorrow will be my first day to attend a class. But the membership process was easy and the person who signed us up was friendly and informative.
Everyone is so nice. I wish there were more aerobic classes like Zumba or Step that were not silver sneakers geared. It would be nice if kids club had some expanded hours (like 4:45 so you can make it to a 5 class). Gamble has great people but it's just a bummer facility wise compared to others (especially kids club).
Variety
Staff is wonderful.
The camaraderie with other senior citizens makes exercising groups more fun. Instructors display knowledge/training when leading the group cardio or strength classes.
