Senior programs
I like them. I use them every week. My only complaint is putting new classes on the same time and days as existing classes. It makes it less likely to try them because you have to give up other classes. Example new roller class was at the same time as spinning class.
I do have one complaint. The facility could be cleaner such as spinning class room and exercise room downstairs.
Love the space and offerings, especially the newer whirlpool, it’s been 15 years since my last visit, share with BlueAsh Y, your decision to replace the old tile whirlpool!
The camaraderie with other senior citizens makes exercising groups more fun. Instructors display knowledge/training when leading the group cardio or strength classes.

Love the instructors and class content. Your facility is very old and the basement class room is not very appealing with water spots on ceiling and peeling paint on outside wall.
I enjoy the Silver Sneakers class. I like the music the instructor plays. It helps to relax my body so that I can complete the exercises.
Friendly, courteous staff. Clean facilities and large variety of classes available on multiple days. Located near my home in my neighborhood for convenience.

Friendly staff. I realize I sound like a broken record, but I say the indoor pool temperature is chilly. Often, I travel to Clippard as their water is warmer.
