So I can only comment on how welcoming and helpful the staff were when I signed up
There are programs for all ages and abilities.
A older gentleman and myself was going to the Y on Cheviot and Poole and decided to try Gamble Y and we really like it. We just use the fitness machines but it was easier to use them cause of less people. We got there around 9:45 A.M. and plan on Attending this Y from now on.

Everyone there is so friendly! The classes I am taking are excellent. The instructors are very good and knowledgeable.

I really appreciated the people in the swim class. Everyone was so welcoming to me. I’ve been to several classes at another Y, and no one in the class acknowledged me, it makes a difference! Also the chlorine in the Gamble pool wasn’t offensive. Even though the class leader didn’t show up, two of the women in the class did a great job pitching in & gave a great workout/ class. I will be back!
