I love water aerobics. The instructor is excellent! Friendly, and in great shape and knowledgable! Need more instructors! Her shallow water is full!

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I have other family members at other “Y” facilities and they say they don’t have near as much going on!! I feel I have met a lot of friends there. Wish we could get other things added. How about sewing?? Just a thought.

I take both water classes with Cathie. She is wonderful! She is always prepared, on time, encouraging, and makes the classes fun. I would definitely recommend these classes to others.

They keep me moving at a pace for older adults. I am talking about silver sneekers and line dancing classes.

Designated lanes for lap swimming. Friendly staff and free or at low cost fun activities. Looking forward to more painting by a Robert Ross trained instructor.
