ALL of your staff are top notch. People who frequent this valuable community resource are so kind and helpful. You have created a wonderful atmosphere.

I do worry that the staff and lifeguards are not able to be compensated properly for all the responsibilities they have and care they give to our area. Do you have any leads for those who might provide grants to retain/acquire better staffing to be able to offer a wider range of programs and classes? ... so you could get in front of the curve? I know it must me a delicate tightrope to walk between membership numbers after the pandemic and costs for everything.

I enjoy being with others. It makes exercising more fun & it improves my body. The staff at Batavia are so welcoming & friendly.
