John the Personal Trainer was very knowledgeable and took time to explain everything to me. Facility was very nice.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I enjoy and benefit from John's Silver Sneakers class, and find the staff friendly and helpful. The facilities are generally clean and the renovated Y is a real pleasure. (I live upstairs.)

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Enjoy all Siiver Sneakers classes, and Y weight. John Dezarn is an awesome trainer!! We do need additional equipment for Silver Sneakers, as the class has grown considerably.

Haven't been able to use it that much yet but have enjoyed it very much so far. I like the wide range of classes that are offered.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

The staff at the front desk is top notch. All are healthy with friendliest smile. They are all very polite and welcoming. I can tell they enjoy their job, and they don't ever make me feel like I'm work to them... I'd give them all a raise if I was the boss. Also, there's always hot coffee made for us... The whole gym/facility is very clean... And the hours of operation are very accommodating .. yes I'd recommend you. In fact I have .. I look forward to using my guest passes and to see if anyone wants to get a pass...
