I find the group power class very effective for strength and cardio fitness. I love the that Yoga is programmed after the group power class. I find that these two classes complement each other. The teachers are knowledgeable, friendly, enthusiastic, and inspiring. The trainers, front desk personnel and staff are also terrific for the same reasons. I feel seen and feel that Charlotte and all of the staff care about my fitness goals. I also appreciate that the facility is clean, well maintained, filled with natural light and the equipment feels top notch.

The sunna and stream room

I use the Y only for swimming, but I often recommend the Central Parkway YMCA. People are friendly, I love the saline pool, good locker rooms. Great lifeguards, especially John.

There is something for everyone. No matter your level of fitness, you can find a class to keep you motivated.
