I like that there are a lot of varieties. I also like that classes happen at times when I'm not at work.

Diversity of activities and levels. Only criticism-get a decent evening yoga teacher. Very disappointing given the high quality in the past. No reason to settle.

Very clean and safe facility, all machines kept in working order, many opportunities for group classes as well as enough cardio machines to meet demand

Great weightlifting area and locker rooms. The other Ys are crappy in that regard.

I enjoy participating in group classes. Working out together is motivating and it creates a sense of community. I've made new friends at the Y.
