The programs and activities at the YWCA are part of my health regiment. The classes are challenging and fun. This combination helps build consistency.

Everyone is very friendly. The building is very clean. Many different areas, workout preferences and classes to choose from.

Hey, wanted to fill this out b/c I like the Y quite a bit but I do have an issue I'd like to mention. People spraying things on the machinery in the steam room. Yesterday a guy took a spray bottle and (without asking anyone) sprayed in between the cracks in the bench onto the steam unit. It was some sort of liquid that irritated my eyes and caused me to have to exit. Not cool my man.

There are a variety of classes/programs for all ages and level of physical activity.

Would appreciate additional programming involving seniors, eg., stretching, band strength training, etc.

There is a freindly sense of community. Good choices of classes for all ages. A nice diverse membership. Folks at the front desk are welcoming and helpful. it is clean and well maintained.I like hte book club

I really like the instructors. They really know the routines and point out correct ways of doing a move and alternate ways to do the move. I like the variety of classes as well

Mary Singler's classes on Monday - yoga at 10:00 and Silver Sneakers at 11:30 Genevieve's eclectic class on Friday morning at 10:00am. The salt water pool.

Love the Y. Great people and equipment. However you still need to replace the missing 15 pound dumbbells in the weight room. Have been missing for 3 months. Also a seated calf raise machine would be a great addition. Thanks. Mike

Saturday morning yoga is wonderful!

First visit yesterday - everyone was super nice and welcoming! I had lots of questions and everyone made me feel very comfortable.

I don't know about programs or activities. I joined to build muscle by working out.

I haven't taken any yet
But I do like that yoga is offered

The place was very clean

I absolutely love the amount of group fitness classes and the timing they are available. As a person that works 2nd shift having an 11am or 12pm class is ideal and not available everywhere. Trust me I’ve looked.

I love that easy to join activities like pickleball and yoga are offered in addition to more intense training.

I see the same people and it feels like community.
