I use two facilities at the Y: the pool and the treadmills.
Love the saline pool, and the lifeguards - especially John - are great.
I like the ease and accessibility of the treadmills - great to have that option for getting my steps in when the weather is awful!
I do chair yoga and lift weights. These activities suit my needs as a 70 something. I also see a trainer periodically (John DeZarn) who is sensitive to my particular needs. The facility is always clean and well kept up. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. It's a great place to come!

Because many of your fitness programs (spinning, yoga) attract the same members over time, people get to know each other and make arrangements to meet outside the Y.

The YMCA has everything a person could want from a fitness facility. I just wish you had a heated swimming pool 😊

Everything Especially Coming In To Exercise And Workout Plus Going Swimming And The YMCA Staff Is The Best And I am Proud To Be A Member And Supporter Of The YMCA Especially Central Parkway YMCA Because That's My Favorite YMCA Gym/Fitness Center My Main One.
I like the number and variety of cardio equipment.
The teachers care about the students. They care that the students are benefitting from the programs and also help the students if they are confused.
Variety, everyone was friendly, do-able.
I like the hours that the pool is open for swimming.
