I went in for a first visit before registering with the Blue AshY. I got a good tour, had my questions answered and I was very pleased with all I saw there! I didn't need the classes. I'll start working out Monday morning.
I love the variety of classes and that it’s not intimidating to go to. Everyone is incredibly friendly and the instructors are awesome!

Variety
I like the use of the gym for workouts. Both indoor and outdoor pools are a gift.
I like the programs for seniors to keep them active and fit. I like that the classes are shared on YouTube videos to do at home when someone cannot get out.
I like the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff
I love the kids are being taught great habits of working out, as well as the youth activities that are available to kids at such a young age that teach them lifelong positive exercise and habits.

As a person over 65 and retired I find the Y helps me stay fit and meet new people.
