I use the pool and do independent water aerobics. I like the private dressing areas and the warm showers. I really like the swimsuit spinner; makes a big difference. The hallway to the pool is warm and the pool water is usually nice and warm.
This facility is very nice well cap and the people are very friendly. I enjoy open swim.
The people are wonderful. The employees show great concern for the members. Cody is my favorite lifeguard. I sat in on a Barre class and found Victoria to be amazing. The facility is pretty well maintained. I hear the zumba class is outstanding and plan to take the class starting in February.

The people that work there are always nice. I like to go in to workout on some of the equipment. I wish there was someone in the workout room that could show you how to use some of the equipment as they have gotten new equipment in since covid.

I like the yoga and pilate evening classes. Very good instructors.
i take Victoria's barre class. Victoria is always on time, friendly, enthusiastic and prepared. she varies the moves from class to class so it never gets boring.
i also take the Friday step class which i particularly appreciate due to the low-impact aerobic activity (usually only found in spin and zumba classes). my doctor stresses the importance of sustained aerobic activity 4+ times per week to reduce the risk if type 2 diabetes and cholesterol issues. studies have also shown that it delays the onset of dementia symptoms. at 63, i am still able to take part in rigorous classes, but my joints need the reduced impact. the Friday step class is an important part of my weekly exercise. (the original instructor (Nicole?) is great but is currently on a maternity break. i (as well as the rest of the class) appreciate that the Y has provided a sub during Nicole's absence.
