Silver Sneakers program availability outside the YMCA, specifically at New Hope Church in Loveland. John, instructor, is good.

I like the variety and the socialization. Instructors are good at what they do.

LOVE the Water in Motion classes. The outdoor pool is particularly nice this time of year.

I enjoy the exercise classes and the yoga class as well as the exercise machines and the hot tub and swimming pool.

smiling, helpful, courteous and friendly faces of the staff
clean: walls and surfaces
locker rooms are clutter free, the pool water is crisp and clear
plenty of soap in shower area
lots of activities for the youth in our community
ample excecise equipment

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I work out at several Y's depending on where I am in the city. I use the Y as a workout facility and don't use any program.

I miss the Thursday night TRX class but that's not a complaint.

Plenty of equipment available. I didn't have to wait for a PreCor.

The program offers opportunity for our kids to learn and life long skills and gave a platform to taste the athletisum... Great coaches and great facilities...

Deep water exercise is the only program I take part in, but I hear many others talking about other activities they enjoy, like the exercise room.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Love the warm water classes at the main pool. The instructors are great and the people in class are very nice. Great class to meet people and get fitness in your life.
