Lots of variety, but offered at a decent value. I particularly like the Dance Aerobics and Step classes

I love the programs such as Strength Training, Swimming, Exercise classes, the weight and exercise machine room and the extreme kindness and customer service of most of the staff. I can find everything I want to stay healthy and physically fit at the Y.

I like swimming in Ferris pool. The exercise machines at the main area are. Great
I like that Melissa's water exercise classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays (11 am) at the Main Pool are challenging and fun at the same time. She gives 100% of her energy and keeps a watcful eye on all her students. Her concentration on arm and shoulder exercises are really helping my injured shoulder
Ms Linda has been a great teacher for my 3 year old!
