The different schedules/availability of programs and activities. I also love the staff, I feel like we have become almost family because they know all our names and greet us every time we come.

Programs are all inclusive regardless of abilities.Everyone is encouraged to participate in activities while addressing their physical or mental challenges. Programs offer alternatives for people when they have limits ie; chair exercises, type of equipment to use or effective ways to exercise outside of class participation.

For the past several years I have participated in the chair yoga classes at the Blue Ash Y. We had a pause during the pandemic, but were able to start back up again. At the end of March the class is being cancelled. Granted at the restart there were few people there, but in the last several weeks we have had as many as 15 people in attendance at a session. Hopefully in the near future the chair yoga classes will return.
