I value all of the effort and thought the YMCA organization gives to fostering a sense of community. I appreciate when employees make an effort to learn all members names.

Friendly and helpful staff working in a clean and well maintained facility.
Love the EGYM. Don’t have to remember what weight to use or remember how to use the machine properly. Have not tried anything thing else.
The fitness center is one of the best in city. I love the diversity of equipment and facilities can accommodate a nice size crowd.

I attend Silver Sneakers, three times a week. I’m very glad that the class has been expanded to 60 people. The instructors are great, and I like having three different instructors since each has a slightly different emphasis, providing variety to the standard exercises. The people at the check-in desk are always friendly and helpful. I live much nearer to some other Y’s in Cincinnati, but the Blue Ash Y is the best for me in terms of the kinds of classes and quality of the classes. Thanks for being there!
Although a family YMCA, it does a good job of making old as well as Young feel a good part of everything. Some of the YMCA’s feel like they are an indicated with just young ins , and I appreciate the “older people” feeling and welcome and tended to and heard. Thank you!
