I do the water aerobic classes very happy with Jessica & Agnes. I am so happy they cleaning the indoor pool because it is very dirty . People leave things under the benches , bandaids left on the surface of pool

Since Jan Angilella began teaching Dance Fitness or currently, Fit for Life, I’ve been a big fan of her class. I first met Jan at Duck Creek Y in 2018 (?) where she led an energetic Silver Sneakers class, and I was appreciative of her initiative to contact former students. We were happy to see her again!
Jan has a contagious energy and expertise with senior citizens’ exercise. She definitely pushes us, but also knows our limits. Her choice of music motivates us. She often choreographs simple movements to the beat, almost like a routine. I look around class some days, and see 80+ year olds having the time of their lives, and staying healthy in the process. She is such an asset, and people choose to take her class because it is fun to exercise with her!
