All the workers are really friendly and helpful, and my kids really like the daycare. We transferred from out of state and they would cry before we even got in the building, but my oldest now asks to go to the Y. Yoga has been wonderful, and I look forward to trying more classes and the pool this summer.
I primarily use the weight room. Don't utilize of participate in programs and activities.
The general water acclimation was good and I felt the price was reasonable. The young women that led the class were great as well.
Always available and always competently staffed
I love the variety of classes and times! Everyone is very friendly and I always feel very welcome.
Classes at various times.
I love all the (relatively) new organizations like the names of the children in each class and the time for each class posted on the wall on the first day of classes. I also appreciate the metals for when a child reaches out of a given level. I do wish that the lessons were either prorated down or always made up when canceled by the Y though. I had to pay for a full set of lessons. I should get a full set of lessons. I was very disappointed with the management when I was told that the scheduled staff training that cancels our lessons one Saturday will not be made up. 1 Saturday is 12% of the class. Skipping one Cuts you from a 100% to an 88% I think I should pay 88% of the enrollment fee if they aren't made up.
I appreciate the effort to provide physical fitness programs to all age groups. As a senior, I'm especially having the the indoor pool available for swimming and water exercises that have been recommended by my physician. I also like to see families enjoying the benefits of the Y together. Our Y makes an important contribution to the life of our Ft. Thomas community.
Jim (my husband) likes to swim and get on the machines and work out. I am looking forward to doing the silver sneakers when the gym opens up.
Like the fitness room and the open gym time
Family oriented and all the different programs for youth. I love the hours of operation too.
Variety and support
The Campbell County YMCA is conveniently located to downtown Cincinnati without being downtown. I enjoy using this Y when I am in the city for business or social events.
Ability to use multiple gyms is the BIGGEST advantage of the YMCA from my point of view. Based on location and/or work schedule, I can plan gym visits accordingly.
I like deep water aerobics. I wish there were two evening classes.
There is a wide variety of programs and equipment
Great positive welcome staff. Jan especially. Great overall staff. Please keep racket ball courts. We have played now for 15 plus years
Exercise program for preschoolers
Diverse program schedule for children and adults. Varying start times is a huge plus.
Friendly staff, great family-friendly environment!
Friendliness and variety of programs
Anthem insurance has given me a great benefit with a free membership. The pool is a great temperature and offers aerobics every day. The Silver sneakers class is like having pt 3xa week. Love the staff.
I like the shallow water aerobics which is what I have done mostly since joining a couple of weeks ago. Stephanie is very friendly and gives us a good workout. All the people are welcoming and friendly. I have gone to one Zumba Gold class. It was fun and the people were great. I plan to go to more classes. I also am interested in Chair Yoga when it’s available. All the staff at the desk are helpful and friendly and welcoming. I look forward to coming every day.
