I really enjoy the programs and activities. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I'm always greeted when I arrive. They make coming to the Y so welcoming.
I participate in yoga classes and zumba as well as various other classes. All the instructors are kind, helpful and knowledgeable. They really encourage us to get to know one another which I believe is a very positive thing for us. They are welcoming make exercising so much fun. Two outstanding volunteers, Bill and Patty Briggs have started the pickle ball sessions. This activity has drawn in so many new people to the Y. They are a wonderful asset to the Y.
I love that my husband and I can work out together because there is care for our children in the same building. The equipment is easy to use and we feel like we can ask if we need any help. The facility is clean, friendly staff in all areas and the staff in the child watch area are very attentive and kind with the children.
I love being able to go to the Y. The staff is always welcoming. They answer any questions I have. I am looking forward to joining programs and making some new friends.
Cost is very reasonable and there are a lot of choices. Facility staff is very friendly and accommodating.
The only improvement I'd love to see are a few more weekday options for tweens - the 10-15 range where they may not really need/shouldn't formally work out but the gym and pool are being used for programs.
I love the classes! All the instructors at the Fort Thomas YMCA are exceptional instructors and motivators. I could not have reached any of my fitness goals if it weren't for Elizabeth Delp, Tabatha, Krissy, Nick, Lisa, and the rest of the gang. They are the best!

I lije that there are many classes to choose from and tgat there are many exercise machines so that there is no problem using them when I go to the gym. Those who work the front desk are always friendly

Silver Sneakers is great! Chrisy is good at changing routines to keep it interesting and her enthusiasm is motivating.
Great variety available for all age groups and interests
I only swim. I like that the pool is usually not overly crowded. The lifeguards are friendly and so is front desk The water is comfortably warm. There are lap lanes even during open swim. The people are friendly. There are not a lot of people standing around I feel obliged to talk to like some fitness places one has to walk past exercise equipment.
I especially appreciate the clean locker room and showers and new showers curtains. This is a new occurence The drains used to drain slowly , the shower curtains were moldy and the tile just seemed dirty.
Right now I am taking advantage of individualized weight training with Nick. As I rebuild my strength I will try some of the other classes. I do like the variety of your classes and definitely take advantage of Silver Sneakers. In the summer I love the outdoor pool!
