I like the Silver Sneakers exercise program.

I recommended the Y to my mother for senior activities and she immediately looked into it and joined. The facility is outdated, with the pool recently down, making it difficult to praise, but the staff has been nice and its convenient.

Barre and strength training

Swimming, camp songs and different traveling entertainment. Loved the reds rookie from past years. Counselors are AMAZING

I recently joined the Ft. Thomas KY YMCA and have only taken water aerobics & a strength training class. Both instructors were friendly, introduced themselves and were very knowledgeable about proper form and technique.

This place is great especially if you have a family. The staff is very kind and attentive. The pool chemicals are balanced perfectly without too much irritating chlorine. We are very blessed it be able to go here. 🙏🏼

I enjoyed water aerobics yesterday.The instructions were easy to follow the people were welcoming because this was my first time in the class..Check in process was easy already registered for next class

What I primarily like is the atmosphere and helpfulness of the staff. I also like availability of machines, which are usually not too crowded.

What I wish if that there were more exercise classes in the evenings and on weekends. There used to be many more.

Many programs/activities are available for all ages; there is a good size outdoor pool which is kept very clean. The personnel are always pleasant and courteous. Hours are convenient for most.

I like the kids club so I work out while they watch my children. I like the group exercise even if I don’t always participate. I like the pool and swimming.
