I only use the gym and spinning room but I like that they are clean and uncrowded.
I have only been twice and just to the fitness center.
I really like the water aerobics,it helps with my arthritis
Friendly staff, very clean environment and happy clients and visitors!
There is something for all levels of excercise.

I am already taking a water aerobics class, & I intend to acquire a fitness coach.
After my favorite fitness center (Curves for Women) closed, I hadn't found any program I liked as well until I recently joined the Y.

So many offerings. Happy to have a Y in NKY.
The Campbell County YMCA has programs for all ages and abilities. The programs have a goal of building a strong mind and body.
Lots of activities. Lots of new people to meet.
Great for kids.
we've especially appreciated the basketball and swim programs.
Always clean.
Always friendly.
Given several opportunities to lapswim throughout the day. (Would like more family splash swim times though.)

Very good
Open friendly clean fun
I love that all programs and activities are easy to learn about and join.
Friendly, helpful instructors with great rapport with children and adults alike. Wonderful, clean facilities that create an environment in which participants can feel safe during their instruction time.
Love the water aerobics
Enjoy zumba gold class with Connie. She is well prepared and makes the class lots of fun.
Building upon previous swim classes
The class was small and I felt my child got a lot of 1 on 1 attention.
Friendly staff, sense of community
I am pleased with basketball because my 3 year old is only with other 3 year olds. With soccer, it was a 3/4 year old team and she was the only 3 year old on the team. It was not a great experience for her, but we are grateful for this opportunity with basketball to be with her peers.
It is well organized, the value for what you get is great, my kids love the other kids, and the people are amazing.
Informative instructors as well as classes available.
Professional staff and clean facility
Aqua exercise classes, yoga and weight room. Instructors are the best...Stephanie and Bridgette. Lifeguards do a super job, keep us safe and happy. Receptionist and maintenance are always friendly and efficient. Couldn't ask for a better management staff. They've added new and innovative programs and supported the traditional ones. The Campbell County YMCA is my happy place!
I love the Silver Sneakers program! The teachers push us just enough that we feel like we've accomplished something good for our bodies and minds.
