Appreciated Dean's assistance with my insurance claim to obtain a replacement bike. No red tape. I did not know about Trek's replacement policy, but Dean did. He handled the details without extra compensation. Also appreciated the excellent setup of the replacement bike. Terrific service; excellent, helpful staff.
