Dean took the time to find a replacement wheel for my 20 year old Schwinn bike that matched the one I bent.
The person that tuned up my bike gave me great feedback on it's condition and when replacement brake pads would be available.
Both Dean and his "Tech" explained options for a future bike upgrade / purchase.

Owner and staff are very helpful. Provided us with a complimentary full print catalog for our use in selecting our bikes prior to purchase, allowed us test rides, gave advice on which bikes best suited our riding preferences. Nice to have a decent bike shop closeby here in the Ranch, too.

Good quality product, but limited inventory which is understandable for a new business. Good service from the dealership owner or employee. crowded parking area and high priced products, but it is to be expected considering the area and neighborhood. Friendly and prompt service.

I brought in a bike not purchased from this store for a service. My 10 year old is not gentle with his things, evident by needing the service. Spoke with Matt, the technician and he explained everything he was doing to do fix the bike. While in service, Matt noticed a few other things that needed attention and he corrected them at no additional charge. Was able to meet Dean the owner and had a great conversation at check out time. Had a wonderful experience at this Trek location and definitely would recommend for service. They also have a great selection of bikes for the whole family for any type of riding style. Thank again Matt and Dean!
I had a simple problem - a flat tire - that was repaired quickly and efficiently.
Dean, I believe him to be the owner, is very customer service oriented. He knows his stuff and the biking world. He takes the time to answer questions and is very pleasant. The products are great, but the pricing, I feel, can't compete with prices in places like Amazon, PlanetCyclery, etc.
I've already referred one customer and I believe it led to a sale.

The turn around time was quick, they took time to explain to me what they did the the reason why the problem happened in the first place and how to avoid it.
The staff was knowledgeable and kind. Service fee was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this place!
