The instructor and the co instructor were both helpful and also suggested alternative positions for specific exercises. Felt refreshed after a great sculpt workout.

From the moment I walked into your studio I was greeted by a very friendly and happy person... who was my instructor unbeknownst to me.
The class is fantastic! Challenging and the perfect adjective of my favorite exercise.
Cardio, yoga, strength training and rolled up in a hot yoga feel.
I wish you were in Lehigh county PA so I could attended several times a week.

Classes and studio

I love corepower yoga and attend yoga sculpt classes often. I participated in the free teacher in training class on Sunday and have one piece of feedback. I would suggest emphasizing to the instructors in training the importance of counting on the beat of the music. It is difficult to focus when the instructor's count and the song playing do not match up.

Staff was very friendly and helpful and we were so happy to find a CorePower in MidTown while visiting NY...
