From the moment I walked into your studio I was greeted by a very friendly and happy person... who was my instructor unbeknownst to me.
The class is fantastic! Challenging and the perfect adjective of my favorite exercise.
Cardio, yoga, strength training and rolled up in a hot yoga feel.
I wish you were in Lehigh county PA so I could attended several times a week.

Classes and studio

I love corepower yoga and attend yoga sculpt classes often. I participated in the free teacher in training class on Sunday and have one piece of feedback. I would suggest emphasizing to the instructors in training the importance of counting on the beat of the music. It is difficult to focus when the instructor's count and the song playing do not match up.

Staff was very friendly and helpful and we were so happy to find a CorePower in MidTown while visiting NY...

Even though the heat was no on. The room was still warm. I wish they would turn the heat on for C1 classes.

Great class

This is my favorite studio and some of the best staff I’ve encountered (and most of the other stand out instructors or managers have come through this studio and on to others within the company). Bravo. Now get some mats that don’t make me almost face plant in downward dog.

Clean studios, easy to use lockers, good location. Only issue is teachers are a bit green and prices are way way too high.

Loved the free week, the classes were energetic and challenging but balancing. I always left feeling so refreshed and happy but like I had a great workout!! the staff were great as well- so kind and helpful.

Love Core Power! The only downside are the classes get crowded, but it's worth it.

LOVE CPY--I have never been one to do yoga because I've always done HIIT and running, but the sculpt classes at Core Power are absolutely awesome and make me feel so strong. I am addicted now! All of the teachers are incredibly impressive and I never leave feeling like I didn't get a good workout. I am incredibly impressed by the design of the sculpt classes and love that I have found Core Power. Thanks!

I love the energy and the overall workout is Hype ! Complete body workout that targets most of the group muscles ! Very effective and the heated room gives it a high, a very added nice sweat!! “ I feel accomplished “ after each session and always looking for more sessions 🙏🏼 I personally enjoy it a lot !
