I am obsessed with CP. I love the energy, the workout, and the people! They make you feel so welcomed and comfortable. The studio is clean and overall I am in LOVE.

i Loved the work I was directed to do by a great instructor and the people in the room gave me a nervous yet alive energy that I crave so I’m looking forward to coming back to take another class hopefully very soon.

Fei was such a great teacher!!! I’ve never felt more at ease and supported during a yoga class, especially one that was challenging and such a good workout. Great staff, beautiful space. Definitely recommend.
