Very competent staff. Friendly and helpful with my bike tires. They explained that the tires needed new sealant every few months or air loss would get progressively worse. As a rider who had always used inner tubes, I didn't know that. Thanks for educating me without condescending.

Service began with a phone call. Very courteous interaction. My daughter, husband, and their son (came in from Southern CA) and looked at the 20" bikes before we arrived from Kingman, AZ to buy the bike for our seven-year-old grandson. We also bought a helmet. $500.00 later, we are headed home. Our grandson rode his early Christmas gift on Saturday.
