Very Knowledgeable, Polite & Courteous. Made Me Feel I Was More Than A Customer I Called The Shop Asked For A Certain Model - Didn't Have That Model. He Explained About The Lack Of Bikes Because Of The Covid-19 Virus. Told Him I Needed An XL Size Bike - Would Consider A Different Model. He Went Out And Checked On The Floor - He Came Back & Justin Told Me He Had One (1) XL Size On Showroom Floor.. I Said Okay I am Coming Into Look At It From Pahrump (Nevada), About 70 - 75 Miles Away. I Asked Him If He Would Hold It For Me. He Said He Could For twenty-four Hours. He Took My Info And Tagged The Bike With A Hold For Me. Two (2) Hours Later I Arrived - Justin Introduced Himself - Showed Me The Bike. We Pulled It Out And Something Was Wrong On The Drive Train (Clicking Sound). He Took It To The Shop Area And He Adjusted The Drive Train & It Sounded Like Brand New (Which It Was). I Bought A Kick Stand (He Installed) & Chain Lube He Adjusted The Seat To My Height & Then Went Outside & Rode The Bike He Showed How The Shifter Worked Etc. Great Experience. Looked At The New Seats (Out Of The One I Wanted) He Called The Other Store - They Had One, He Had Them Save It For Me. So It Was On The Way Home And They Installed On The Bike There, When I Arrived . Very Happy Experience - Would HIGHLY Recommend Buying From "McGhies" - Tell Justin (Henderson Store), I Said Thank You For Going Out Of Your Way To Help Me.. .

The staff really takes the times to give you a personal, customized shopping experience. They helped me pick a bike, accessorize it, test it out in the parking lot, and spent over an hour with me to make sure I was comfortable with my decision. They answer every question politely and accurately. They will quickly do repairs and fixes. Customer service experience is fantastic.

I like the way the staff took the time to show me bikes and also advised me about their delivery schedule for bikes in transit to them. I felt no pressure to make a purchase which was very comfortable. I also was very impressed with the way Robert took the time to educate me on the technical dynamics of shifting when climbing hills. He was obviously extremely knowledgeable and I think the few minutes of very technical education he gave me will improve the way I ride. Also, I was impressed with the store's selection of snowboards and stylish cold weather gear.
