My experience at Hollands was very excellent. Jacob was so helpful, friendly. I came in to have my bike worked on. While waiting for my bike Jacob let me demo a Brompton electric bike. When I am ready I will definitely come back and buy it at Hollands.
When I walked into Holland’s I had just walked out of a competitor’s store with deplorable staff who were extremely hard to work with. Everyone at Holland’s was so down to earth, readily available to answer questions, and provided excellent feedback on bikes and equipment. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else for all my future bike needs.

It's very difficult to go here and not buy something. It's like the ampm of bike stores - there's just too much good stuff. A friend recently blacked out from excitement while at Hollands and showed up back at home with a new Specialized Roubaix. I might do the same thing. It doesn't help that everyone in the store is friendly and knows everything about bikes, including how to ride them. Should I go back? I mean, is that even a question? It was so great last time I went that my girlfriend encouraged me to buy more things, am I dead? How did I get here? WHERE AM I!

The gentleman who helped me was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He explained about 5 different road bikes to me and the differences between them. He offered me a test ride so I could get a sense of which bike I wanted. After I completed my purchase, he even showed me a few of his favoriate rides in the area. Overall, this was a great experience. If he had not been working, I would not have purchased by 2020 Specialized Allez that day.

Totally takes the worry out of finding the right saddle for your kind of riding! I was having some saddle issues with my new bike got it fixed in no time! Well worth the two hour drive I drove to get there!! JZ.....
