JOHN HELPED US OUT...ABSOFRICKINGLUTELY OUTSTANDING JOB BY HIM...HE TOOK THE MARLIN 7 GEN 2 & IMMEDIATELY PUT IT ON THE WORKSTAND.MADE SURE EVERY NUT & BOLT WAS TIGHTENED TO THE PROPER TORQUE SPECS...EVEN ADJUSTED THE SPOKES ON BOTH WHEELS.AIRED UP THE TIRES TO THE PROPER PSI...I WUD 110 % RECOMMEND YOUR SHOP & HIM TO ANYONE...THE ONLY THING , I DONT EVEN KNOW IF U OFFER IT ..IS THERE A FREE 30 DAYS ADJUSTMENT PERIOD AFTER ONE TAKES THE BIKE HOME ??? Most bike shops sell basically the same brands. George Garner understands that they are selling is knowledge and services. Employees are professional.

They honored a service warranty (even though it was just a minor gear adjustment) when technically they technically weren’t obligated. They could have even tried to make the issue bigger.

The service advisor was excellent, polite, and knowledgeable. Since there was a slight mixup in terms of when the repair was supposed to have been completed, and it was not ready when I arrived, he fixed my tire while I waited.
