The staff are really kind and informative. They’re not bland either — with zero personality. Cristiana always pays attention to my daughter, which most adults would never do, and she loves going because of it.
A lot of time hardcore bicycle experts can be condescending and Danny’s staff is very helpful without a hint of looking down on casual riders.
I highly value their knowledge and competence, too. So much so, I trusted them to attach my 1-year old’s bike seat. I can’t recommend them enough.
