As always Ed, the store manager at Danny's Cycles in Darien CT, went out of his way to be helpful, and gave me a 10% discount, probably because I've been his faithful customer for 14 years.
And now because of Ed, I will purchase a Segway Myon e-bike soon through his store so he can receive the dealer's profit, even though i could get a zero percent loan from the Segway online store. I wouldn't trust anyone else besides Ed with such a big purchase and subsequent care - I know Ed and his team will take care of properly mounting all the accessories like rear radar, front basket, topeak rear rack adapter (so I can continue to use my slide-on trunk bag) and side view mirror, and handle all my new bike's maintenance needs going forward.

I came in on a beautiful and busy Sunday afternoon with an unrepairable flat on my rear tubeless Vittoria tire. Sebastian in the repair shop was so accommodating, he replaced the tire, filled it with sealant and in less than 20 minutes and I was back on my bike. The fairly priced and personal attention is truly appreciated. Thanks to Sebastian and Danny's.

I have always received great bikes I've bought and service from Danny's for many years. I'm very happy with the new wheel and cassette I just ordered. My only surprise was that when I picked up the wheel, I was charged $30 for the few seconds it took to install the cassette on the wheel. I had not been told that would be an extra charge when I ordered the new wheel and cassette. Other than that, 100% happy.

Everyone I have dealt with at Danny's is very knowledgeable and friendly
They were very helpful and professional. I ordered touch up paint from them and found out Trek didn’t make it any more. Thinking my chances of finding the paint was negligible. The next day they located another dealer in a place in NY I have never heard of before who had the touch up paint. Loved it they went way out of their way for an old customer with no way for them to make money.
The only negative, The store is beautiful done but unfortunately the parking really sucks.
