The customer service is unmatched. Edward helped us out and was the best help from start to finish. He described the bikes he recommended and why. He even made sure to explain features in comparison to other bikes/models. He put me on a few bikes outside to make sure the one I chose was comfortable to me and would fit my needs. He spent quite a bit of time with me, even though I expressed in the beginning we were just looking. In the End, that same day, 3 hrs later, we made our way back to purchase the bike recommended by Edward.
