Our salesperson Ed was fabulous.... more of a consultant really, educating about the various bikes, which would best suit my personal needs, and making sure everything was perfect when I took by brand new bike home.
Very efficient and easy to get my bike tuned. Turnovers was very reasonable.
The first guy had an accent super nice, when I brought in my bikes, very helpful. the 2nd guy who checked me out when I picked up me and my wife's bikes very nice as well. He even taught me a smart way how to load the bikes in the car safely.
