Dropped by with a flat tire on a Tuesday at 10am and though they were just opening the store, one of their mechanics immediately got to work and fixed up my bike getting me ready ready to hit the County trail in no time!

They did very good work installing a flywheel and tuning on my bicycle. It was done ahead of time expected and most importantly done right. My bicycle runs better than when I first bought it.
They fixed my ebike flat tire which is tricky because of the motor, etc. Did the work fast and the store is nice and staff very friendly.
I found the staff both knowledgeable AND welcoming. Lou delivered my bike, went over it's operation and answered all of my questions. He also discussed accessories which would be helpful for my specific purposes. I very much appreciated the level of professionalism delivered with a friendly demeanor. Really appreciate the kind service and the patience to explain to me the parts of my bike and what needs fixing, despite me not knowing ANYTHING about bikes. I feel confident about leaving my bike with these guys and knowing they’ll give it the attention it needs.
And they’re completely fair if they can’t find a resolution. I was able to get a refund for a bike repair that couldn’t be done. This is my go-to bike shop, for sure.
The service is above and beyond. I cycle about 120–150 miles a week. Yesterday, during a ride, my cleat shifted and it painfully affected my pedal rotation. I just happen to be going by the shop, which honestly I didn’t even know opened. I went in, thinking, it’s a Saturday and they will not be able to do anything for me. Nothing could be further than the truth!
Despite having sold two bikes while I was in there, they took the time to straighten everything out. And I mean, they really took the time. Probably more than an hour adjusting, readjusting, tweaking, having me ride my bike, coming back and tweaking it again until it was perfect. I never would’ve thought that a shop, which has no idea who I am, but take the time to do that. I highly recommend them and certainly thank them.
