I've been buying bikes from Danny's for about 20 years. All my bikes and my kids' bikes have all been purchased at Danny's. The sales and repair staff have consistently been incredible over the years.
My recent purchase at Mt Kisco was in keeping with this consistent level of service and exceeded it. I just bought a new car with a new bike rack on the roof. The sales guy (Jay?, not sure of his name) was amazing. He helped my learn how to use the rack and didn't let me leave until I was comfortable getting the bike on and off the rack. This was after spending about an hour helping me find the best bike for my budget and riding needs. I can't say enough about the experience. Thank you!

I like the fact that you’re a specialized bike store and have various bike related products. Unfortunately, there’s no exact match for main gear train replacement, but it was done in a timely manner and bike rides well. Stuff is knowledgeable and professional. Good place for bike lovers to stop and shop, have their bikes serviced.
Danny's Cycles is the best. The staff are all friendly and knowledgeable. They take great care of our bikes, and the service is fast. I was able to bring my son's bike in and get the front tire tube replaced in about 10 minutes.
Danny's replaced the parts of my bike that were stolen, had it ready for me quicky, and it works beautifully now.

Customer service was awesome - he (Ed) took the time to explain everything to my wife (who was buying the bike, while still including me in everything. He took out several bikes and talked about the details of each one and wasn't pushy at all. We ended up with a great bike, which fits her.
