Great shop. Lou was incredibly helpful with helping me unlock my Thule bike rack (I misplaced the keys) and we got lucky to find the right one. I also ended up buying a new seat while I was there for my downhill bike. I’ve purchased a couple of bikes for my kids over the years and the bike rack as well.

I have been using Dan's Cycles for all my cycling needs for over 15 years now. I bought both my bike's there, which ahs let me take advantage of their tune-up and service plans for me, (Trek bikes) and have been very satisfied with repair and maintenance made on my bikes. It's to bad they closed the long operating Stamford store as that was very close to me, but I shifted easily to the Darien location store and received the same prompt and professional service. I love to ride, and Dan's Cycles has kept me on the road!
They are all excellent there and I was so grateful for Ed’s knowledge on all things and always can-do attitude. It’s the best neighborhood bike shop ever, and just all around excellent place to buy anything bike-related!

Quick turnaround
As always Ed, the store manager at Danny's Cycles in Darien CT, went out of his way to be helpful, and gave me a 10% discount, probably because I've been his faithful customer for 14 years.
And now because of Ed, I will purchase a Segway Myon e-bike soon through his store so he can receive the dealer's profit, even though i could get a zero percent loan from the Segway online store. I wouldn't trust anyone else besides Ed with such a big purchase and subsequent care - I know Ed and his team will take care of properly mounting all the accessories like rear radar, front basket, topeak rear rack adapter (so I can continue to use my slide-on trunk bag) and side view mirror, and handle all my new bike's maintenance needs going forward.
FIVE STARS for Ed and his team at Danny's Cycles, and I continue to tell my friends about his excellence in helping each bike customer and following through with their needs.
