He was excellent, and helped to fix many issues (took a link out of chain, fixed a recall issue on the main chain ring, fixed the lights, kick stand). The very next day I bought a brand new Trek wahoo 26” for my child, mainly due to his excellent service and hospitality.

Absolutely one of the best bike shops I have used for service anywhere. I have a high end bike that periodically requires service of which I am unable to perform. The shop is setup outside due to COVID which is actually very convenient, as they listen to your issues and will repair your bike immediately if is a quick repair. If not fixed immediately, almost all of my repairs have been a 1 day turnaround. That's huge for someone that's on the bike almost every day.
