I had my first flat Tire on the Verve 2 I bought in January 2017.
When I went over on Friday afternoon I expected to leave it with the repair folks but they said they could fix it while I waited.
After a short walk to the Post Office on Main Street to get some stamps I returned and the bike was fixed and ready to go.
The bike was a retirement present to myself and I absolutely love it and ride it every chance I get! I'm 75 and want to stay around for a couple more decades. The exercise and enjoyment this beautiful machine provides is helping me to stay fit and enjoy life!

The service was amazing. George took so much time explaining my options and training me on the ebike of choice. I was hesitant to consider an ebike, but after pedaling around the parking lot many times, trying out all levels and gears, I was confident I'd made the right choice based on the information about each bike.
