MIke was super helpful. He was professional, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. He made some adjustments to my daughter's bike to adjust for her growth over the prior year and fixed the brakes on my younger daughter's bike so they are ready to ride for summer. Last week I purchased two Trek bikes from Corner Cycle. All communications were excellent. Phone calls were answered without any waiting and all questions were answered from first attempt.
I got very comprehensive 'pre-sale' consultation from Rex, then he helped me with ordering, then it was a great deal of support from Matt during shipping monitoring, and, finally, Rex assembled both bikes and adjusted them for us during pick up time.
As always service at Corner Cycle is great. For this particular service, Brendan, Rex and Matt were great in communicating the stuff that needed replacement.
