The wide variety of classes and activities. There’s something for everyone no matter their age. The facility itself is bright, clean and welcoming. The staff are friendly and helpful as well.

I love the pool classes. Have been coming now for several years. I also use the gym on occasion.
The child care facilities are great. My daughter loves playing in the indoor playground while I get some time to workout. The staff is always nice and very helpful.

It would greatly help if you could open YMCA (Hamilton) earlier on Sundays, similar to Downtown YMCA.

I like the group exercise classes. It’s good to have the option of going to a different location depending on my schedule.
A large variety of classes and the cardio strength open exercise area is terrific.
The staff is helpful as are the trainers. It’s very clean and an open view while exercising.
The front desk staff is always so welcoming and seem to know most everyone by name. The inclusive friendly and helpful desk staff is what made it comfortable and welcoming to me.
I hadn’t been in the YMCA in 20 years but had it been more inclusive and welcoming, I think I would’ve been more inclined to have stayed. I’m really happy I’ve rejoined. I’m getting stronger and love to go to the YMCA on Shallowford Rd.
