Water exercise in the pool
Easy to find and schedule on the app
It seems to be used by a wide swath of our community. Old, young, intensive atheletes to rehabbing older people. Kids in day care and farmers in boots and bluejeans working out. I love that. Front desk is helpful and friendly too. I have yet to use the trainer services or any group classes, but for what I need now, it's been great.
Friendly staff
convienent hours
The programs help to be fit phisically and mentally.
Needed more time
Well I'm new to The Y and would like to know more about activities and classes.
Mandy is the best instructor I’ve ever experienced and I have worked out my entire life at multiple locations and cities as well as once upon my timeline was an instructor myself

Friendly staff and members

Friendly staff and members. Good programs across age groups
Speaking of...the toilets in the Ladies Dressing Room are very low to the ground. Great for kids and young adults but not seniors or people with mobility issues. I think a win-win might be installing grab bars in the stalls without. Thanks
