I appreciate the diversity of programs and activities, and the friendliness and welcoming nature of all the instructors. I would also like to highlight Liam from the front desk, who brings such a positive and light energy!
I have a few suggestions for improvement that I hope you will consider:
1. Group Power Classes: These classes, especially on Saturdays, are often packed. The current studio seems inadequate for the number of participants, which discourages me from attending. I suggest either reducing the number of spots available or moving to a larger studio.
2. Run, Row, Lift Class: I wish this class was offered more frequently, with some options in the afternoon or evening.
3. Friday Afternoon Group Classes: It would be great to have some group class options on Friday afternoons.
I love the open atmosphere. The equipment is very well maintained.

The Y is a nice place to visit. The people working there are friendly. It's kept clean. A good place to work out.

I love the classes!
Deep Water Workout is my favorite activity. The instructor works hard to provide strength, cardio, flexibility in the routines she choreographs for the class. The class is fast paced, great music, easy to follow instructions and lots of fun! Always a friendly face at the reception area . I am happy taking this class and feeling the reward of working out!

I like the group exercise classes. (But the guest policy, not so much.)
Blue Ash is a good facility. The staff are all very nice. I use the pool for lap swimming. I am usually able to schedule a spot a few times a week.
Affordable, heated pool with sauna is great!
There is a lot to do between the fitness rooms, pool, gym programs etc. The social connections are a real plus. The staff is very friendly and supportive.
