I like how cool they are. I wish they had more to cater to the African American culture like hip hop dancing, break dancing, line dancing.

Everyone is so friendly. There is no skill requirement or prerequisite. The teachers always offer modifications to make moves more or less challenging. I feel I have lots of options to improve my health and no excuses not to.

I take the water aerobics classes and love them. I also have used the weight rooms which have a good selection of equipment. Due to limited mobility that is all I have used so far.

That even though it was my first time at the branch the people were so nice, I took class that I never took before even though it was challenging it went by so quick and was fun.

Facilities were immaculate and the staff was Friendly welcoming. Only thing I would change aboutour experience here was that the Chlorine levels in the family splash were a bit overpowering.
