All levels of activities
There are so many options regarding fitness activities, days, and times. Class instructors are very skilled and want to be helpful to participants. The exercise equipment is well-maintained and plentiful, and the Y facility is usually clean and organized.
I like the good workout equipment and friendly staff. They are very helpful. My wife enjoys the Zumba and yoga classes.

Ever! We need more like her. The others are just average. I don’t get the same kind of workout with them. She was the best! She had a special spirit about herself!
The friendliness of the staff and the convenience of choosing a variety of classes and having the gym as an option if I can’t fit in a class on a particular day. The facility is always clean.

Racquetball and pickle ball courts, child watch program that includes Sunday, a fantastic aquatics director and instructors, including adaptive/sensory swimming lessons, a great view of downtown from the main exercise floor, indoor walking track, convenient parking, great on site snack options!
I enjoy using the weights and using stationary bikes. Also like some of the classes.
Both pools, gym with phone apps for strength training. It's nice that you allow food in outdoor pool area. I'd like to learn moor about activities for seniors, I'm still new and don't know what some of the activities are.
Versatility and child care
What I like the most is the weight lifting room and the stationary bikes that has helped me tremendously in having stronger legs and improving my respiratory health! Just feeling a greater sense of wellness! The friendly, helpful staff at North River Y is a great plus, as well.

I swim laps outdoors and there is almost always a lane, so availability is what I like.
