My personal trainer is excellent. The equipment variety is great and really work well with my training sessions. I like pptions... There is something for everyone at every age and skill level.

Over all the facilities are kept up very well but the locker rooms need updating. The lockers are rusty, and the showers are dingy.

The staff is helpful as are the trainers. It’s very clean and an open view while exercising.
The front desk staff is always so welcoming and seem to know most everyone by name. The inclusive friendly and helpful desk staff is what made it comfortable and welcoming to me.
I hadn’t been in the YMCA in 20 years but had it been more inclusive and welcoming, I think I would’ve been more inclined to have stayed. I’m really happy I’ve rejoined. I’m getting stronger and love to go to the YMCA on Shallowford Rd.
I love that it is a safe place for my children to play while I get in much needed exercise!
