The senior fitness classes are wonderful and offered at a good time of 10:30 am Monday thru Friday. Unfortunately the aquatic class is held at 8:30am and really to early. If offered later in the morning I believe attendance would grow. I sat in on the class on 2 occasions and found no structure to the class. People were heater smelter in the pool and I couldn’t figure out who the instructor was. I asked the lifeguard and he pointed her out. Everyone, including the instructor were just lounging on pool noodles and socializing. The lifeguard says since Covid it has become a social club more than an exercise class. I saw no benefit in it. The machines are clean and help is readily available at all times.

I love the smallness of this location. I wish there were more 1-hour body pump options and early-morning and evening group fitness classes. I would also like for child watch to be open on Sundays at this location. Overall, we are very happy with our experience here!

I love that there are so many . Great classes. The kids love y-play. Swimming, sauna, lots of workout equipment. Nice staff.

We love the new Ping Pong table!!
Enjoying the getting stronger class. More slower exercise for those of us with health problems. A gentler kinder activity than the other classes. Love the YMCA wish we could get a pool here in NorthGA. Traveling to Hamilton County for that is not good for the Silver Sneaker Seniors in NWGA. To far and distant. Need To put one here in NWGA in Catoosa.
The two pool choices
That if you really want to change your life for the better mentally, emotionally, physically the YMCA has what a person needs in order to do that, I love the Y, and I have no excuses for why I don't utilize it more, but fixing to change that.
I Love the outdoor pool! I take my kiddos there every summer.
Both my husband and I really appreciate everything the Y has to offer. He attends the Senior fitness classes and also works out with a personal trainer. I have some back issues that has prevented my from coming too often, but when I do, I use the treadmills.
